But What About...

The hard stuff. The sticky things. The topics you tend to shy away from in conversation, just because or maybe you don't really feel the same with what the Word explains about things our culture and family even tell us to accept. This series, "What About,"  will conquer some popular yet hard topics of discussion that swirl around our culture. It is important to not just know what the Word says, but also be able to have a conversation with peace. Light is so much better than darkness and the only way we can become a brighter light is through our understanding of the hard things.

We will soon celebrate the greatest story ever to occur- the resurrection of Jesus Christ. As we prepare for the celebration, many of us can easily lose sight of exactly what happened on that day. The day, Jesus conquered death and paid our debts of sin and brokenness. So we need to be affirmed, we remember. "Stay Anchored" is a series on identity, fear, and hope. When we "get" the character of God we are more likely to stay rooted in the hope that we have in Him. Like an anchor on a ship. we are called to steady. Firmly put in place, with a strong foundation, set, and not going anywhere. Jesus came to rock our boats of doubt, lies, hurt, and pain... so get ready to drop that anchor and steady yourself with Jesus.

Brighten Women's Conference 2017

The goal and vision of brighten has its foundation in encouraging women in their relationship with Jesus and self. Then, that empowers them to go forth and out, increasing their confidence because of their call and helping to break through the barriers of judgement. Then we enlarge we push ourselves, we look at who we are in God’s eyes and see, there is something there. WE can do “it” we can increase and create a healthier life, that is physically, mentally, and spiritually well for us, because Christ is in me.

Brighten was a whisper of a vision became a movement. The Lord's Grace Church hosted it's first gathering of women on November 10th-11th, 2017.  We invited women to speak who are pastors and mentors in their own surrounding who were able to share their wisdom with us in a glorious way.

Each session was tailored around our themes of encourage, empower, and enlarge. Each message built on top of the next with alignment and anointing. We pray this messages encourage you as the empowered and enlarged us!
